Volunteer Application Form

Please complete this application form if you are interested in becoming a volunteer at the Children's Book Bank. 

We have 4 locations: Jane & Finch, Morningside, Regent Park, and Sherbourne. 

  1. Volunteers must commit to at least 6 months of volunteering

  2. Volunteers must be at least 15 years old

  3. Volunteers 18 and over must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check

  4. We ask that volunteers commit to a minimum of one shift per week (2-3 hours)


The information collected with this application will only be used to determine your suitability to be a volunteer at The Children's Book Bank and to allow The Children's Book Bank to keep in touch with you. The information obtained through this application will not be shared with any outside organization. Once you have completed the form, please click the submit button at the bottom.
